CRP is involved in several public projects, financed both by European Commission and Italian Ministry. In particular the main topics on which CRP work in research and innovation project are the following:

• development of innovative lighting systems based on solid state lighting sources
• design and development of new nanocomposite thermoplastic materials
• development of efficient solid state lighting sources: OLED and chip-LED
• design and development of photovoltaic concentration systems
• implementation of advanced injection moulding technologies for micro-optical system realization
